SoCal Job Seekers believes that gathering new ideas to apply to your job search, plus the encouragement and support of others along your journey, are the major keys to successfully landing a new job or start a new phase of your career!
A: I know these Simple Solutions work because I have worked it myself and have seen others work the program to find their own job search success! I went through this job search journey process to find the job that I loved that eventually led me to open my own Human Resources Consultancy business and become a job seeker mentor. As a job seeker mentor, I have seen others use these same tools and go on to land their next role at a fulfilling career.
A: I have been involved with job seeker and Human Resources professionals groups for over ten years. I have been a job seeker myself, unsure of the next step, discouraged and looking for direction. I loved participating in these groups so much I eventually became a volunteer Job Seeker mentor in one. I apply the skills I learned in these job seeker groups, my background as a certified Human Resources Professional (PHR and SHRM-CP certifications) along with many experiences as a company recruiter, and the marketing skills I learned to grow my business, to provide you with the Simple Solutions of SoCal Job Seekers.
I genuinely care about the struggles of the job seeker and know that the Simple Solutions that I share with you will give you a starting point to find career success and a fulfilling career.
A: A beta test session or webinar is an educational session designed to be a "tester" to gauge interest in the topic and /or session and feedback from the beta session participants.

A: Yes, once you have enrolled in a webinar, you will be emailed a way to join the Zoom meeting. You may click on the weblink to join via video or phone in to hear the audio only portion of the meeting. You do not need a Zoom account to join us.
A: Yes, you can avoid being seen online! You can either join the webinars as a phone-in participant, or you may block video screening during the Zoom meeting.
